Outlook or Outlook Express Cannot send or receive email.



Step:1 If customer is unable to send or receive the email using the email clients .

Step:2 Login to WEB email and try to send or receive emails .

Step:3 If customer is able to send or receive email through WEB mail , hence the issue is related to Email client or the issue with the specific Email Server.

Step:4 Check the POP and SMTP settings on the email client .


Step:5 Click on Test Account settings and check the error message , proceed further according to the error message .

Step: 6 Click on More Settings , and click on Advance tab and check the POP and SMTP settings .



Step:8 After checking the POP and SMTP settings found the settings are correct , then check for the SPAM settings .Disable the tool bars that is related to Anti Spam.

Step: 9 Check for the Firewall settings , Disable the Firewall and the spam settings .

Step: 10 After disable the firewall and the spam settings restart the computer and try to send or receive the email .
