Printing Envelopes from MS- Word.
Printing Envelopes from MS- Word.
Open MS-Word and type the address on the top of the page or on the required area.
Click on the Mailing option from the Menu bar , then click on Envelopes option that is on the left corner.
Once you click on the Mailing option from the Menubar , you will see the Envelopes and Labels option window.
Click on the Options from the Envelops and Labels window to get the below option.Select the paper size and the paper type from the drop down menu of Envelope Size. Then Click on OK.
Select Printing options , select the feed method before selecting it from the option please check with the customer .Below that select the paper tray (Feed From) , by default set it as automatic .
Once again in the main window of Envelopes and Labels , Click on Add to Documents or click on Print .
IF you click on Add to Document , you will see the like the below image.
