Note: IF customer is unable to access secured websites and when you tried all the possibilities to fix the issue with internet explorer then try the below mentioned trouble shooting steps .

Step: 1. Enable Hidden Files and Folders

Step:2 Find and delete “ C:\windows\system32\pb.sys , C:\windows\system32\pdrv.dll “



Step: 3 Restart the computer and the issue will be fixed.

Step: 4 If the issue still persists run a Anti Malware software to perform a system clean up.
