Issue with specific web page
Step: 1 Open Internet explorer in No-add-ons mode. This will not load any browser toolbars and any extensions.
Win XP: Click on Start – All programs – Accessories – System tools – Internet explorer (no add-ons mode)
Win vista or 7: Click on Start –Type internet explorer in the Start search will find Internet explorer (no add-ons mode)
Step: 2 if the Browser works, the issues is causing due to some Add-ons that is because of some tool bars, so disable the browser toolbar. If the issue still persists even in the NO add-ons mode, then try step 4.
Step: 3 Click on Apply and OK , try to browse . If the issue persists.
Step: 4 Check the version of IE , if it’s above IE 8. Change the compatibility mode .Open the internet explorer browser -- click on tools – Click on Compatibility view settings.
Step: 5 Select the open “Display all websites in Compatibility view” click on close.
Step: 6 Try to browse .If the issue persists.
Step: 7 Check for the “HOSTS” file .
Click on start—open RUN window type “drivers” open the folder etc , then open the HOST file using notepad.
Step: 8 Any web site address which is listed under the local host , that after 127.0.0.1 local host , will have trouble with the particular web page.
Step: 9 delete the list of web sites from the host file , and save the host file , restart the computer .
Step: 10 Try to browse .
